Chinese medicine practitioner | Acupuncturist | Herbalist
Hi! I'm Lauren.

I embarked on my journey of clinical practice as a Chinese medicine practitioner 7 years ago, and my Chinese medicine studies 11 years ago. Since then I have provided thousands of consultations and treatments to patients.
I am extremely grateful for my clinical experience and the lessons, knowledge and insight it has provided me in knowing how best to support my patients.
I offer 1:1 virtual consultations word wide for women (and couples) seeking support with menstrual health and/or fertility.
My mission is to provide you with education and guidance to help you optimise your menstrual health and fertility.

I love providing the missing link and join the dots for women to help better understand their bodies and illuminate a path to walk back to ease.

My background
My calling to natural health was seeded from a young age, being raised in a household without typical staples such as painkillers and antibiotics.

When I was eight years old I became ill with Ross River Fever for several months, which kept me out of school. Conventional medicine was unable to provide my parents with any answers.
It wasn’t until my mother took me to a holistic doctor (who was also a herbalist that took my pulse) we were finally able to receive answers, support and treatment!

Seeing kinesiologists and our family chiropractor was commonplace throughout childhood and showed me the world of holistic health and healing, although as a child, it was simply the norm for me. Now looking back as an adult, I can appreciate that not everybody is lucky enough to grow up in this way.
As a young teen I had an innate knowing I wanted to have a career in holistic medicine, rotating through the potential options of chiropractor, physiotherapist and occupational therapist.

However it wasn’t until I came across Chinese medicine that a spark was lit and it clicked, I knew that this was what I wanted to do, and how I wanted to help people.
The pathway into specifically supporting women with menstrual health and fertility was a seamless one. I have always been fascinated with periods, hormones and menstrual cycles since a young girl. I was one of those girls that couldn’t wait to get her period, and dreamed of eventually experiencing pregnancy, birth and motherhood one day.

Once studying Chinese medicine I understood the deep importance of the menstrual cycle, and how it can be an insight into the overall workings of your health.
The unique perspective Chinese medicine has of the menstrual cycle and fertility officially solidified my passion for women’s health and my drive to support women in optimising this area of their lives.

After completing my degree I dove straight into seeing patients and never looked back.

I enjoy supporting women in understanding their menstrual cycles, fertility, and navigating challenges such as period pain, PMS, pelvic pain, endometriosis, adenomyosis, fibroids, cysts, amenorrhoea, PCOS, irregular menstrual cycles, fertility challenges and more.
A bit more about me
I am a mama to my beautiful baby girl Rose. Her conscious conception, pregnancy, birth and life (so far!) has been the most transformational time in my life. The lessons and experience I have gathered has been invaluable not only for myself, but also in helping to guide my patients walking the same path.
My family and I live on a beachside town on the Mornington Peninsula where you can find us gardening, crafting, foraging local herbs, soaking up the beaches and walking the local trails.
